How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them, and what to expect from a short visit.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: how long the visit is, what kind of service it is, any add-on, and who you book with. A short visit costs less time, and the booking page shows what that means for the service you chose.
The length of the visit
Massage, facial, hands and feet, or body
Add-ons such as warm stones or paraffin
The person you book with
The talk before your visit
Every visit starts with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, the esthetician looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your time, and we keep it brief on a short visit.
Deposits
A card holds a booking for two or more guests, or a longer visit, and it goes toward your visit. A single short visit doesn't need one.
Tell us 24 hours ahead and we will move or cancel your visit without trouble. If you're late, we shorten the service so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
How levels set the price
A senior therapist or esthetician may be priced differently from another. The booking page shows who you are booking and what that costs before you confirm.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree to it before we start, and the time is added to your visit if the schedule allows.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one for whoever looked after you, at the desk or on your card.
A gift card works for any amount, for any service. Buy one online or at the front desk; whoever receives it books like any guest. Ask us about expiry in your state.
