Our policies

What to know before you book. Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page.

Booking and deposits

Book online or call. A card holds a booking for two or more guests, or a longer visit, and it goes toward your visit. A single short visit doesn't need one.

Canceling and running late

Please tell us 24 hours before your time and we will move it or cancel it without trouble. If you arrive late, we shorten the service so the next guest isn't kept waiting.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a visit without telling us, the card on your booking may be charged under the spa's terms, which you see before you confirm. Call us if the road or the weather gets in the way; we would rather move you.

Children and companions

Services are for guests 16 and older. A parent or guardian books for anyone under 18 and stays in the building. A companion is welcome to wait in the lounge.

If you're not happy

Tell us within a few days and we will make it right, whether that means another visit or a talk about what went wrong.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever looked after you.

Using the thermal areas

We have no sauna or steam room. Our heat is hot towels, warm stones and a warm wrap, for guests 18 and older. Wear whatever you came in; we give you a robe, slippers and a locker. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before you book stones or a wrap, and tell your therapist if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Phones and quiet

Please keep your phone in your locker, or on silent, in the lounge and the treatment rooms. No photos where guests are changing or resting.

Before your visit

Come ten minutes early. Come as you are, dust and all, though a quick wash of your hands helps before a hand treatment. For a facial, tell us what you have on your skin that day.

When to ask your doctor first

Ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, are taking a medicine that affects your skin, or have been told to take care with heat. If something sounds like it needs a doctor, we will say so.
